Class Policies

We are so glad you're joining us! Whether this is your first time cutting glass or you're back for another project, our goal is simple: we want you to have fun, feel supported, and walk out of here proud of what you made. To help make that happen for you and for every other artist in the studio, we ask that you read through the policies below. By registering for a class at Esaltare Arts, you acknowledge that you have read and AGREE to these terms.

Payment & Cancellations

  • The full class tuition is required at the time of registration.

  • We do not give refunds or credit for classes unless we cancel it. Once you've paid for and secured a seat, it becomes unavailable and unrecoverable. Our class costs are based on instructor fees and prepared material fees, so please check your calendar carefully before registering for a class.

  • We know everyone's circumstances are unique, however, to remain fair to ALL of our students, we hold this policy consistently for everyone, without exception.

Studio Safety & Class Etiquette

  • Class participants must be at least 13 years of age, unless the class description says otherwise. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who has also registered and paid for the class.

  • Closed-toed shoes are required in all areas of the studio. Esaltare Arts reserves the right to refuse entrance to the studio if a participant is wearing unsafe attire.

  • We'll send a class reminder as a courtesy, but it's your responsibility to remember your class date and time and to arrive prepared and ready to create.

Photos, Projects & Your Info

  • Participants give permission for Esaltare Arts to take and use photographs which may include their image or artwork — we love showing off our students' beautiful work!

  • We ask you to provide your contact methods at the time of registration so we can call, text, and/or email your class information. We will never share your information with third parties — it's used solely for class-related correspondence.

If We Have to Cancel a Class

We require a student minimum of 4 per class. If a class doesn’t have the minimum number of registered students, it may be cancelled. If we do cancel, we'll let you know as soon as possible and make every effort to move your registration to a similar existing class.

Esaltare Arts will not be held liable for any cost you incur beyond the amount you paid toward your class tuition. This includes, but is not limited to, airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and lost work.

Thank you for taking the time to read this — we can't wait to create something beautiful with you in the studio!
